In former times, this farmhouse housed a small bistro where the famous pistou soup was served at lunchtime and where you could also enjoy herbal teas made with horsetail. This plant commonly found in the region is present in abundance around this farmhouse. Indeed, we still serve it to our customers to their great delight.
