One night stays: 100% of the amount paid when booking
Short stays (<7 days): 30% deposit paid when booking
Long stays (>7 days): 30 to 50% deposit required depending on the date of your stay. Two additional deposits, up to 90% of the total price of the stay, will be charged at the latest one month before the arrival date.
The balance will be charged to you on departure, including any optional expenses and purchases made during your stay.
For long stays in a 4-person cottage or 8-person villa, you will be required to pay a €150 deposit on arrival by cheque, credit card or in cash.

Short stays (<7 days): in the event of a cancellation more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit is retained. If the cancellation is received less than 4 weeks before arrival (or in case of a no-show), the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Long stays (>7 days): in the event of a cancellation more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, 30% of the deposit is retained and any additional amounts paid are returned. If the cancellation is received less than 4 weeks before arrival (or in case of a no-show), the full amount of the stay will be charged.
